Ground Turkey Over Cabbage

This can be prepared over raw or cooked thinly sliced cabbage.

Ingredients
•  1 Package 99% Lean Ground Turkey (approx 1 lb) 
•  I Head of Cabbage
•  2 cans diced tomatoes (the new flavored kind are best)
•  3 cloves of garlic
•  1 small onion, or a couple shallots
•  Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Spray a large pot or skillet with cooking spray, sautee the garlic and onions until they are just starting to get soft, add the turkey and sautee all together until the ground turkey is just browned. Chop the cabbage and add to the turkey mixture, add the two cans of diced tomatoes and stir until mixed. Reduce heat and simmer for approx 30 minutes or until cabbage is cooked to the consistancy that you wish. Makes approx 6 servings.
