  1. Green Juice - Leafy greens are packed with folic acid, vitamin K, calcium , carotene, and phosphorus.

    Ingredients

    -3 celery stalks, 2 pears, chopped cucumber, 1 cup of green kale, parsley, ice cubes

  2. Watermelon and Chia Juice- Watermelon is packed with vitamins A, C and B6. All three vitamins improve immunity. Chia seeds are packed with antioxidants to ward off sickness and disease.

    Ingredients

    -6 cups chopped watermelon, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ice cubes

  3. Tomato-Carrot Juice - Tomatoes and Carrots are loaded with antioxidants. Vitamin C from tomatoes and Vitamin A from carrots.
